Very welcoming hotel with a lovely reception area, hotel bar and restaurant. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the check-in process was smooth. Our room was clean and modern, we liked that it had a mini fridge and safe. The bed was comfy and there was a nice rainfall shower, heating controls worked well and noise pollution was minimal. We had breakfast in the hotel one morning which was lovely with a great selection. Location is great, close to the shard, stations and lots of shops, food and drink places. Hotel is good value for money overall, would recommend :)

The location was great. Even though it isn't very close to the tube, it was still in a great area to walk around in. The bed was comfortable and we were upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast was great and included scrambled eggs, bacon and lots of options for all tastes. The staff was really nice at all times. I don't understand some of the reviews calling them rude. They were all very friendly and helpful. I got a warm greeting from every single person working there at all times. And they helped us with everything we needed.

Nice staff at check-in and dining. Very easy to get to from London Bridge stations which was central to my visit there. Very close to the Globe Theatre and Tate Modern (practically just across the road), close to Borough Market and nice to get out for a walk/run along the Thames. Room was neat and very clean. Got a great nights sleep. Very nicely decorated with lots of character. Lots of lovely plants and messages promoting greener living. Great breakfast provided too. Would recommend

The location was top-notch!! The hotel was nice and cozy, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the room was well-equipped and big. Key tourist attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and city centre within walking distance or easily accessible with public transport or taxi (Tate Museum - South Bank area - Borough Market - London Bridge - Big Ben etc.)

Melissa

Pleasant staff, decent sized room, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I chose the hotel as it was close to the workshop I was attending in Blackfriars. It was only an overnight stay, but the location worked extremely well, providing an opportunity to have a leisurely stroll and get "some air" ahead of my day long workshop!
